Great concept!

Ever since I read you were working on a new project I had been waiting for this! I liked the atmosphere with the grey colors and the music was awesome! And, after giving it a little thought, the puzzles weren't that much difficult to solve.

The only thing that I think needs improvement is the clicking action, sometimes you have to click on a VERY specific place of a thing (and sometimes even around the thing itself) for the text or action to go through, and it makes the controls feel a little bit slow and frustrating, for example I was stuck on the first room with the bed for a very long time, even though I had (---SPOILER---) clicked the lamp area many times. The same goes for the bellman, the "X" to get out of the drawers/letter screens, and the button at the number puzzle, I also wasn't able to read the three letters that were laying on the floor on the room where there's letters falling, so I don't know if I wasn't able to hit the correct spot or you just weren't supposed to be able to read them.

Anyways, I FLIPPED with the end. I knew the car crash was going to be relevant but... WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!!

I definitely want to play the sequel! Congratulations on your new project and being on front page ;)

Good message

The message itself I like: You can't be on top of your kids all the time so you need to teach them how to defend themselves instead of over protecting.

Something I noticed is that when you do something else and the game pauses, every time you click play to continue you throw the ball, and it's a little bit of a pain to have to go and get it back or get another one, since the character moves a little slow. Also I noticed a bit of a lag when clicking to throw the ball so I'd have to click like 2 or 3 times for the ball to react and it makes it a little bit frustrating especially with the green enemies that zig zag a lot.

So all in all I liked the game, the only pointers would be making the character faster or the ball throwing more responsive. It is not a long game so the music doesn't get tiring but the game advanced a bit slowly. I liked the changes on the background too.

Nice work! I enjoy your games :)

People, chill!

It certainly isn't a movie, and it says it's not a game read the description and don't complain, it's not like it says false information!

I think is really cool that there where so many artists willing to participate, and I
LOL'd more than once at some of the portraits because they where funny :P

The only thing I say is that maybe once you reach the last portrait you should be able to click and appear on the first one again, or have little numbers in the bottom so you can choose to look at one portrait again without having to scroll through every other portrait.

Good work, I like it :)

I was left speechless!

Excellent game!! The art is great, it creates a dark lonely atmosphere... the music at the end gave me chills down my spine, and the end made my eyes watery (I always lol'ed at people who said they cried at games but now I guess I learned my lesson!)
The game itself was short, and if you pay good attention at details is not too hard, but I think this was not the point at all, it has all that it has to and it made complete justice to the story! Perfect!
I am a big fan of Lovecraft's work and I had never read the Outsider, so I was kind of expecting some unexpected twist at the end but damn!

It would indeed be pointless to do a sequel to the Outsider BUT maybe there could be a game for other short stories like "The thing in the doorstep" or "In the Vault"?? I know I'd be instantly hooked! *Wink wink wink* :P I'm just saying!

Quite fun!

But sometimes it's hard to actually get the spelling right, I watched pokemon in spanish so it's a bit harder for me but also there are names that it's hard to find out how to write correctly like Farfetch'd and such...

I think maybe if it had a multiple choice it would be easier also for the people who seem to be having troubles to type in the answer..

Still it's a great idea and it really brought me back ;) Thank you!

I hear ya, March Hare

Since the first time I played spent like an hour and tried everything! I tried giving the bell to Rulio, I tried throwing it in the garbage, I tried ringing it everywhere, I tried opening those two doors in the alley with the pipe and the brick, hoping that maybe, just maybe I could find the March Hare and that he'd take the goddamn bell and.. Nothing! Biscuits officially BOILED!! Something tells me that even if I find the secret medal it won't change the ending at all...

Now, I don't want to be one of those people that are all like "the ending sucked!!" because I think that ending we saw was somehow the initial intention in developing Alice is dead 3, HOWEVER, I think that having a + ending and a - ending would have made it more bearable to all of us who became so fond of the white rabbit, and also, I would have loved to see what the march hare looked like! Hearing his voicemail message made me crack up big time xD

Maybe a good ending would have been surprising the Queen, get trapped by his/her minions and then Lo and behold! Alice is alive and she saves you! (not as classic as her avenging the death of the rabbit I know, but it would've work as an alternate ending)

The music wasn't as unsettling as the one on the previous two games at all, but it is such an awesome piece! Loved it :)

Now I just feel like a little empty space where the expectation of playing the new Alice is Dead would be :(

Still, great work I give it a 10!

Awesome game

Creative, good music, thoroughly enjoyed it... I wish there were achievment medals for negrounds too!

It's a good game but

it starts getting a little bit depressing towards the end no? Maybe a cute ending or something to lift the spirit, or music changes on the stage of the game? But I liked it :)
